At this stage, we aimed to enhance Allsetra platform by addressing user pain points, adding new features, redesigning the existing platform, and designing additional web and mobile applications that are part of the user experience to ensure consistency across all products.
After thoroughly analyzing the existing platform, we’ve brought transportation management to a completely different level, upgrading it with features like Object Management, Notifications Systems, Real-time Maps, and Automized Reporting for both Customer and Admin portals covering experience on different devices and providing easy and intuitive user experience.
We analyzed the existing platform and defined the UX/UI issues users face using the app. Our main purpose was to improve user experience and the overall product user interface.
