We analyzed the existing platform and defined the UX/UI issues users face using the app. Our main purpose was to improve user experience and the overall product user interface.

We began building Allsetra platform style by creating a design system, incorporating a color system, typography, and UI components. As the design process progressed, the system evolved and expanded to meet the platform's needs.

To help users easily manage and track all their objects from a single portal, we provided one-click access to define precise location and metrics, the opportunity to view detailed information about their objects and ride history, manage automation, and access other advanced features.

Then, we added a feature that allows users to customize report parameters, schedule reports, and save them to a comprehensive history - all in one place, providing a convenient and streamlined solution.

We created a user notification system to inform users about any activity related to their objects. Notifications are sorted into different categories, each providing all the necessary details.

Using the platform's style, we’ve redesigned the app, creating a simple and optimized experience for users on the go. The mobile app focuses on the core features of the customer portal, making sure users are aware of any changes anytime, anywhere.

To enable administrators to monitor key performance metrics, manage user accounts, and configure system settings from a single interface, we designed an admin portal. This platform enhances security through role-based access controls, ensuring sensitive data is protected while offering streamlined management capabilities.

Part of Allsetra platform is the device installation app that we've crafted to allow users to add and manage their devices.

White label variants were developed as part of the project to enable other companies to rebrand the platform and offer vehicle and asset management solutions under their own brand.
